I’m thanking you for lack of anyone else to thank. Tonight I looked over my notepad notes. The stuff I wrote during the start of summer when I think my mania sets in, I have enough distance now to read myself better.

I appreacite the changes you guys made to my fucked up mental notepad notes.it helped me think about things. I’m staying out of school because I think I’ve caught my stride with the new meds and therapy. Plus I don’t want to start changing anything in my life right now until I’m sure I’m okay.

Share my reply with whoever wants to hear it, but I’d appreciate it if less people knew about my health right now.
